PRO CARE CLADDING SEALER is a superior quality water-based penetrating sealer designed to provide protection against rain, moisture, general airborne dirt, pollution, mould, and mildew. This product has a no-sheen, no surface film, natural look finish and is water repellent for general stain protection. Allows water vapour transmission. PRO CARE CLADDING SEALER is suitable for the following types of surfaces: clay and cement face bricks. Medium porosity natural stone including marble, travertine, granite, limestone & sandstone. Concrete, plaster & masonry surfaces. Brick & stone paving. Can be used as a pre-grouting sealer on to clean surfaces at least 12 hours before grouting. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

DILUTION:

Use 1L spray bottle as supplied.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

• Test on a small area first, to ensure suitability and desired result. Surface must be clean, dry, free of sealers, waxes, and grout residue. Product can be applied 12 hours after grouting for new installations. On smooth surfaces apply evenly with a lambs wool applicator pad. On textured surfaces use a pump or trigger spray and apply to saturation. Do not allow pooling or bubbles to form. If product is completely absorbed within 5 minutes, apply a second coat immediately. Product must be applied “wet-on-wet”. Repeat if additional coats are required. If product is not completely absorbed within 5 minutes do not apply additional coats.
• If attempting to apply another coat the sealer begins to bead, stop immediately and wipe off excess. Partial cure has already been reached. The system must be applied “wet on wet.”
• Curing time between coats is not recommended. Allow only a few minutes between coats and do not allow the substrate to dry out completely between coats. The sealer will repel itself after as little as 1 hour after drying. Foot traffic after 4 hours. Do not apply externally if rain is expected within 6 hours. Full cure in 7 days.
• Do not apply to damp surfaces as this will retard absorption of the sealer. Do not apply to hot surfaces.

PRECAUTIONS & LIMITATIONS:

a. Ensure that the above instructions are adhered to at all times and do not adulterate the product in any way as this could cause failure.
b. Rubber gloves should be used when applying PRO CARE CLADDING SEALER. In the event of contamination, rinse skin under cold water. Consult a doctor if irritation persists.
c. Keep PRO CARE CLADDING SEALER away from pets and children.
d. Do not ingest.
